Rotary drilling rig is one of the common props in construction, and attention should be paid to the details of its use. And there are several types of drill bits for rotary drilling rigs. Let's take a look together now.
1. Rock spiral brick. This type of drill bit is generally used for bedrock, well cemented base layers, and permafrost layers in various drawings.
2. Conical spiral rock drill bit. This type of drill bit is used for bedrock with relatively high hardness, or for well cemented formations and permafrost layers. The drilling speed is relatively fast and the slag can be easily cleaned up.
3. Straight spiral rock drill bit. It mainly includes three types: single headed single snail, double headed single snail, and double headed double snail, which are used in weathered and frozen soil layers with moderate hardness. It has good directionality and stronger thrust, but the rotational resistance will be greater.
4. Soil spiral drill bit. It is generally used for coatings above the groundwater level and dense sand layers with less clay. The guidance is relatively good, and the bulldozing force will be stronger.
